SCRIP is a term that means substitute money. PACE, the St. Bernard School Parents' organization purchases gift certificates at a discount and sells them to you at face value. The difference between the discount and the face value is our school's profit. This profit can range from 2% to 25% of the certificate's face value, depending on the vendor. The profits you generate through scrip purchases are split between PACE and tuition credits for your childs tuition. You also have the option to donate your portion of the profits back to PACE, to the Barry/Bestul scholarship fund, or tuition assistance.

SCRIP participation is easy and profitable. Each Tuesday you will receive an order form in the brown envelope. Fill out the form, enclose a check, and return in the brown envelope. You may also return it to the office by 9:00 Monday morning. Orders are filled and either sent home with your student or can be picked up in the office after school. REMEMBER: CERTIFICATES ARE THE SAME AS CASH!!! Weekly orders received prior to 9:00 Monday mornings will be filled by Wednesday afternoon of that week.
